Programming Notes:
- The Infractions tab is not visible (or can be disabled) if Allowable Variance = WITHIN
for the underlying Observed Detail Result.
- At least one Infraction must be defined if the Allowable Variance = EXCEEDS. The Back
menu should be disabled until this is satisfied. (Other precautions might be necessary if
this still allows a loop-hole) A tap to the Save menu should validate that at least one
Infraction exists.
