Theories, concepts, principles and processes basic to the practice of nursing.

MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH NURSINGI. Description
Concepts, theories, principles and processes basic to the delivery of safe and qualitynursing care of mother and child. It encompasses promotive and preventive care of motherswith normal health conditions including curative and rehabilitative care to those withdisturbances in reproductive health. Further, it focuses on the nursing care to children invarious stages of growth and development.

1. Utilizes the nursing processes in the care of mother and child/their families andcommunities.2.
