Diagnostic criteria

kecurigaan yang tdk berdasar menganggap bahwa org lain tdk dpt dpercaya takut bahwa org lain menggunakan informasi u/ melawan pasien menyakiti; enggan untuk menceritakan even yg simple menganggap bahwa " tdk bersalah --> merendahkan" tdk memaafkan org walaupun hanya pemikiran dia senderi atapun hinaan yg sesengguhnya ; memendam dendam dlm jangka waktu yang panjang membalas serangan org lain (bayangan / riil) dgn marah n sikap aggresive mudah curiga thd pasangannya

+ bila tdp paling tidak 4 kriteria diatas (DSM-IV-TR)
