(a)(2)(C),thatisagovernmentagentengagedinenforcingcJiminallaws.IhavebeenaSpecialAgentwiththeFederalBureauofInvestigation(FBI)since1995.IcurrentlysupervisetheCountelierrorism-2(CT-2)squad
of
theDallasFBIoffice.Youraffiantcun'entlyinvestigatesandsupervisesterroJismmatters,amongotherviolations
of
Federallaw,andpmiicipatesontheJointTerrorismTaskForce.Ihaveexperienceinandutilizedvariousmethods
of
investigation,including,
but
notlimitedto,electronicandvisualsurveillance,generalquestioning
of
witnessesandsubjects,theuse
of
searchwarrants,theuse
of
confidentialhumansources,andtheuse
of

probablecausethatSMADI,knowinglyandintentionallycommittedthefollowingoffenseagainsttheUnitedStates,towit:
