Summary
An archaeological evaluation was carried out on a parcel of land consisting of four fieldscollectively forming plots P7/8, at Cabot Park, Poplar Way East, Bristol. The evaluationestablished the presence of the platform for Packgate Farmhouse and also the existence of anorganic layer, probably the B-layer a prehistoric stabilised soil horizon, elsewhere within the proposed development.
