Position: Project Manager

Overview:
 Reporting to the Project Manager Lead, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing,setting timelines, formalizing budgets and evaluating projects according to predetermined criteria.Building and managing project teams, work closely with the Account Executive, and ensuring qualitycontrol throughout project life cycles are central to this position. 
Responsibilities:
 Manage project development from initiation to closure.Be accountable for project results along with Account Executive.Work with Account Executive and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals,deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members.Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented andapproved with project change request forms.Determine if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete project plan.If required, recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources.Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to Account Executive.Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine howwell results were achieved.Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.Safely close unsuccessful or re-prioritized projects.Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion. 
 
Job Requirements:
 Minimum Requirements:3 years work experience in project and/or marketing managementDemonstrated leadership managing people.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentStrategic, operational, and technical marketing & management skillsRapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and prioritiesExcellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skillsAbility to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departmentsPreferred Requirements:University degree or college diploma in business or a related fieldFamiliarity with project management tools and/or software packagesPMI Certification is a major asset Full-time position with Benefits, 401k w/match and Paid Time Off. Envano’s cultural statement: We deal fairly and honestly with our employees, clients, partners, andvendors.
