Please SAVE often!!Let’s get started
Open up your kit: Crazy Little Thing and have ready.Open up your template in Corel paint shop pro.Delete your top layer (copyright info).Click on the circle layer to make active.Create a new raster and flood fill with a paper of choice from the kit. I used:DCD_Paper03.Click on the circle layer to make active, go to the top tool bar, Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat-Invert. (leave selected) and now click on your paper layer to make activeand hit delete on your keyboard. Now deselect.*To do this, top tool bar, Selections-Select None. Now open DCD_Paper09 from the kit, leave open. Click on thin rectangle4 on thetemplate to make active, right click merge down, and merge down twice more to have allof the rectangles on one layer. Now create a new layer, flood fill with paper 09.Click on the rectangles (should be labeled as thin rectangle2 since you merged them) tomake active. Now follow the same process as above.Top tool bar, Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat-Invert. (leave selected) Now click onyour paper layer to make active and hit delete on your keyboard. Now deselect.Do this process with all layers of the template until satisfied except your bottom whitemain layer. For layer large rectangle, I used the same paper 03 from the kit. And for thesquare layer and small rectangle, I used paper 23.You can clean up your layers by deleting the gray layers of the template once you arecompleted or as you go along. Now time to add any elements of choice from the kit. And this kit is loaded with somevery cute elements! I used:DCD_Bat Border, resized by 50%.Paste as a new layer, position at the top above all layers.DCD_Ghost01, resized by 65%. Copy and paste as a new layer and position at the bottom. See mine to reference.DCD_Crab Grass02, resized by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer.Position behind your little ghost but above your template layers.DCD_Folded Ribbon03, resized by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Free rotateright (this image only), move to the left of your tag, see mine to reference. Sharpen Once.DCD_Happy Halloween WA 4, resize by 85%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Positionabove your grass but beneath your little ghost.2
