The timing of yourrequest precedes the schedule adopted by City Council for the release of the 2009 SBEnumbers

Therefore, the attachments represent incomplete information related to the stepstaken by the City to incorporate the applicable OPEN Cincinnati Task Forcerecommendations.

Hamilton County is the geographic boundary for eligibility to be certified as an SBE. Goal attainment isbased on dollars spent with SBEs not contract awards. Hamilton County is the constant factor to consider.
