This is the most common question people ask about. This is what I do or have done. I organized the non-verbal Hebrew words (such as nouns, adjective, particles, etc) according to the default vowel types (treatment for Hebrew verbs see The Hebrew Verbal System I wrote earlier). A rough list is give below (a complete list of all the words used in the Hebrew Bible is provided in The Vocabulary Guide to Biblical Hebrew by Miles V van Pelt and Gary D Pratice, Zondervan, 2003.) Then I try to compose a sentence or near-sentence like chain of words to train my brain to remember the relevant words: For example:

I am a half lion with a spear As these words share a similar vowel pattern, I placed them together and learn them as the same time by making an imaginative sentence out of them. Many more could be make, but some may not make common sense. Here is another one:

A fruitless covenant is like a weeping young lion. Sentences in Hebrew could make great sense without the used of verb to be in the construction of a sentence that expresses a relationship. The word could be used to perform that role. A few more examples are given below:
