As of 19 July 2009, Senior Prosecutor Jacobs, and/or the Senior Prosecutors Office, Capetown, havesanctioned Mrs. Patricia De Lille’s political persecution of Lara Johnstone, by condonation of, and/orcomplicity in:(i)the SAPS Illegal Arrest of Johnstoneon 18 July 2007;(ii)SAPS Illegal Detention of Johnstone from 18 July to 22 August 2007;(iii)19 July 2007 Actions violating Criminal Matters Amendment Act requirements and Johnstone’sJust Administrative Action/Due ProcessRights;(iv)19 July 2007: Releasing Fraudulent Info to Media sabotaging Johnstone’s Political NecessityDefence;(v)18 July 2007 to 23 September 2009, withholding evidenceof Johnstone’s Innocence and JustAdmin Action Due Process Information & Evidence from the Court.
AFFIDAVIT OF LARA JOHNSTONE, IN SUPPORT OFINDICTMENT OF SNR. PROS. JACOBS, NPA-WC-CAPETOWN:
I the undersigned, Lara Johnstone, being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:1)This affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, except where otherwise stated, and, if called upon to do so, I could and would competently testify to the matters herein stated.2)I am 42 years old. With the help of an IUD, inserted at age 19, Common Sense and a Love forChildren; I have never been pregnant, nor had an abortion. Accordingly I have not given birthto any unwanted or unplanned for children, nor contributed to local, national or internationaloverpopulation resource wars.Furthermore I have never advocated on behalf of population oreconomic growth; or materialist consumerism.3)I have a

, whichwas approved in court proceedings, by Regional Magistrate VA Botha. Magistrate Botha,instructed Prosecutor Ms. Kortje to personally make sure that my

documentation was submitted to the Clerk of the Court. Prosecutor Kortje submitted it to theSenior Prosecutor Mr. Redelinghuys, who then personally submitted it, on behalf of myself, tothe Clerk of the Court; on 16 February 2004, in my presence. It was subsequently given theAppeal Reference Number: HC-CPD Appeal A 696-04, also sometimes referred to as 16/04.7)Between April 2004 and June 2006, the National Prosecuting Authority, Western Cape, refusedto place it on the roll for hearing, and refused to inform me, of the name of the Advocatedealing with the Appeal. By 2006, the High Court Registrar suggested I file Heads of Argument.8)On 17 June 2006, I filed the Heads of Argument,

Skosana, or (v) Mr. Nelson Mandela, considered the exact same SMS’s sentto them to be unlawful, and/or an insult to their dignity.
