Indictment of Hon. Patricia de Lille, MP; Independent Democrats for (i) Complicity in Actions andKnowledge to: (ii) Perjury, (ii) Fraud, (iii) Corruption, (iv) Persecution

; by breaching her Promotionof National Unity & Reconciliation Act 34, 1995, social contract duties & responsibilities; violating
§2 (4) of the Prevention and Combatting of Corrupt Activities Act of 2004,
Article6 of theLondon Charter, & Article33 of the Rome Statute, of the InternationalCriminal Court.
Perjury& Fraud, Corruption& Persecution (SAPS):
Mrs. De Lille committed perjuryin writing on 16 July 2007, in her ‘Crimen Injuria’ Affidavit to theSAPS; and verbally under oath in court on 08 July 2009; both times lying when she stated that:(i)Lara Johnstonewas ‘unknown’ toher;
(ii)
The SMS’s received by Mrs. De Lille, from ‘Lara Johnstone’ were for herself only/ LaraJohnstone’s motives were ‘unknown’ to Mrs. De Lille.Mrs. De Lille committed Fraudand Political Persecution, on 16 July 2007, to 23 September 2009; byfiling ‘Crimen Injuria’ charges, against Lara Johnstone, for the purposes ofpolitical persecutionof Lara Johnstone, and financial reward.
AFFIDAVIT OF LARA JOHNSTONE, IN SUPPORT OFINDICTMENT OF HON. PATRICIA DE LILLE, MP, ID:
I the undersigned, Lara Johnstone, being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:1)This affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, except where otherwise stated, and, if called upon to do so, I could and would competently testify to the matters herein stated.2)
I am 42 years old. With the help of an IUD, inserted at age 19, Common Sense and a Love forChildren; I have never been pregnant, nor had an abortion. According I have not given birth to anyunwanted or unplanned for children, nor contributed to local, national or internationaloverpopulation resource wars. Furthermore I have never advocated on behalf of population oreconomic growth; or materialist consumerism.

The use of the term persecution is in accordance with the following guidelines, as state/NPA-WCd by Canadian Refugee Protection Division BoardMember William Davis, of the Immigration and Refugee Board (“RPD”), dated August 27, 2009, in file number MA8-04910: Brandon Carl Huntley:[82] To be considered persecution, the mistreatment suffered or anticipated must be serious, which the courts have equated the notion of a seriouscompromising of interest with a key denial of a core human right –i.e. the principle that human beings shall enjoy fundamental rights andfreedoms without discrimination

6)On 16 July 2007, Hon. Mrs. Patricia de Lille filed five charges of Crimen Injuria against me(CT-CAS 1340/7/07). In her SAP affidavit she stated, that Lara Johnstonewas “UNKNOWN” to her.7)Mrs. De Lille was lying, when she said that Lara Johnstone (“I”)was ‘unknown’ to her. I wasknown to her, since 2002,as follows:

I have submitted documentation to Mrs. De Lille, since 2002,delivered by hand personally to her offices; and subsequently, among others, legaldocumentation, submitted to Mrs. De Lille, by Mr. Tony Leon, on my behalf, in 2004, andsubsequent documentation thereto, including a legal military document to her office, dated07 July 2007.
B)
Telephone Conversations:
I have had among others, three telephone conversations with Mrs.De Lille. The last telephone conversation with Mrs. De Lille, occurred a mere 15 minutes,prior to the SMS’s, from the same cellphone, which she states, was from someone ‘unknown’to her; which she concluded to the ‘unknown’ with
“Fuck Your [Legal Military] Document.Fuck Your Racist Conspiracy Theories about the [Manmade Biological Warfare] Origins of AIDS; and Fuck You!”

I'm calling to request a comment from the Pan Africanist Congress of Azania and/or Ms. Patricia de Lille on "AIDS is a depopulation program FOR BLACKS." Thestatement has been confirmed for me by officials in the CIA, NSA, a member of Congress, twoofficials from European countries and an official from a Middle Eastern country.
PAC:
"Ja, I uh think she is the one who can comment very well on that. Can you please hold?I'll put you through to her.
HARTS/NSA_NEWS:
Ms De Lille?

"Yes"

I'm calling to request a comment from the PAC or Ms. de Lille on "AIDS isa depopulation program FOR BLACKS." The statement has been confirmed for me by officialsin the CIA, NSA, a member of Congress, two officials from European countries and an officialfrom a Middle Eastern country.

"Where is the evidence for this statement. There is none."

I've supplied you with documents for the past nine months, Ms. de Lille.Did you read any of those documents?

"No, I have to admit I didn't."

That information contained volumes of evidence and information as towhy AIDS was created as a depopulation virus, how it was created, and much more.
Ms de Lille:
"There are so many theories where AIDS comes from... from apes to gays tomonkeys, my approach has always beenthat AIDS exists and we must fight it together. And Ithink the debate about whether it's done intentionally, i'm not interested in.... people whowant to continue to debate at the level...."
HARTS/NSA_NEWS:
Mam, it was done intentionally for a reason. Ifpeople do not wish toaddress the reasons why it was created, then those who intentionally created AIDS will simplycontinue to do so, and in fact will intensify it. You cannot solve a problem without dealingwith whatever caused the problem.
Ms de Lille:
"Well I think if its a manmade thing, its absolutely disgusting. If its true, it'sdisgusting, why, what purpose would it serve?"
