Studies indicate many people refuse emergency evacuation orders because they cannot bring their pets with them to public shelters. With hurricane season at its peak and memories fresh of the thousands of pets lost in Hurricane Katrina, we are pleased to participate in raising awareness of the importance of planning so there is “No Pet Left Behind.”
