CAUTIONARY STATEMENT
The Directors of CFI Holdings Limited wish to advise all shareholders that the proposed acquisition of a 49% stake in Victoria Foods (Private) Limited by Grindrod Trading Limited which was approved at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held by shareholders on the 26th of July 2013 has been terminated. The Directors therefore advise Shareholders to exercise caution in the trading of their CFI shares.
