If applying for an on-air position, please describe your show:

Approved on-air applicants will be required to participate in training prior to being offered a show. Initial show offers may not be your preferred time. Most shows do not begin at prime/daytime slots. On-air positions will be offered based on applicant availability and involvement, as broadcast schedule openings become available. Following training, waitlisted applicants can sub for on-air staff, and are expected to participate in other station activities, such as meetings and special events.

WDBX Community Radio is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. WDBX relies on all volunteers to be dependable and on time. Volunteers are expected to participate in various station activities such as fundraising projects, meetings, operations shifts and miscellaneous duties (housekeeping, office work, etc.). WDBX is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission and is required to adhere to all FCC rules and regulations. Volunteers are likewise required to adhere to all rules and regulations of the FCC and WDBX. If accepted as a WDBX volunteer, I agree to abide by WDBX rules and policies as well as any updates.
