A lot’s been going on at the
range. Wayne Carr did a rangeinspection for our NFAAcertification and insurance.(Thanks Wayne.) There are acouple things we need to finish forthat inspection. One is new signs forthe
Field range, which I’m getting prices
on. I know Rick and a few guys went out for awork party and took care of some more things.
We’re still having problems with vandals
breaking the locks on the gate. If you see
someone there you don’t recognize, or evidence of trespassers, don’t hesitate to
askto see their membership card or call the parkranger. The number is posted on the messageboard by the sign in book.Darren is starting another club leagueOctober 31
st
. It is for MEMBERS ONLY. Youcan go either Saturday or Sunday morning. The cost is $5 per shoot and the starting timeis 9 am. It will run for 6 weeks. Contact Darrenif you have any questions.Rick ordered more paper target faces, and
there’s cardboard in the shipping container, butwe need someone to glue them up. If you’re
going to be out at the range practicing, andcan spare just a few minutes to do it, call John.
He’ll tell you where to find everything. We’d
appreciate the help. The same few members
can’t get all
the work done by themselves.
