In May we ran photos of some of thebuiding projects around Pasco and itgot quite a response. Here’s a bit of an update…According to theCity, the rate of growth is sowingbut the city is stigrowing. Second quarter numbers show558 new buiding permits vaued at$38.7 Miion—ower than ast year,but sti positive.
Lourdes Health Network is building a clinicfor women and children near Road 68.Work continues on the new Chiawana HighSchool. Students will walk in the door just about a year from now.Tri-Cities Prep is adding 10,000 square feet of classroom space, which includes a state-of-the-art science lab.One more new food option near Road 68.Hangars, new ofces for Gauntt Farms and Musser Brothers Auctions are among new tenants of the Port of Pasco’s Business Park near CBC, just off I-182.
