WKYC Fugitive of the Week - 3/3/14 CARLOS GARCIA-TORO

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Carlos Garcia-Toro aka Peter Marquez Marquez. Garcia-Toro aka Marquez Marquez is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and out of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, San Juan. Garcia-Toro aka Marquez Marquez is wanted for homicide and larceny. It is alleged that Garcia-Toro aka Marquez Marquez killed a man and was stealing bank account information from unsuspecting people and businesses. A warrant was issued back in November of 2012 and Garcia-Toro fled Puerto Rico and moved to Cleveland. Once in Cleveland, he obtained fraudulent documents and a new drivers license under his new identity Peter Marquez Marquez. Garcia-Toro aka Marquez Marquez is a 23 year old white male standing approximately 511 and weighing 145 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Garcia-Toro aka Marquez Marquez is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland. He also has a previous address near the 3400 block of W. 50th St. in Cleveland.
