1 Find the company to circuit the location After we plan and do the strategy for drag tournament, we have gone to the three circuits that is Johor Circuit, Melaka Circuit and Sepang Circuit. From the analyses that we show, Sepang circuit was more appropriate than the others. We have made the decision to choose Sepang circuit for our tournament and the rent price for the circuit is also appropriate with our budget. 3.3.2 Find the sponsor Other than that, we also find the sponsor to support our tournament. We find 100 plus to sponsor drink to the tournament. Then we send the latter to ministry of youth and sports of Malaysia to give us some money to support this tournament. Its very difficult to us to find the sponsor for the tournament. 3.3.3 Find host or staffing Beside that our team also does some advertisement to find the staff to work at the day for tournament. We need to find 20 people to work for the day. Its not easy to find the staff. It is because we need to find skilled and unskilled workers. Then after that we should teach them about what is proton car. 3.3.4 Calculating budget After finding a sponsor for this event, we will calculate our budget so we will know that how much money that we will spend for this event.
