Description

God knows all things. He knows your heart, your thoughts, and even where they spring from. He is the creator of all mankind and all things. How could not he know of what he invented? He would. And here are some verses from Palm 139:1-18 on the subject. O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it. Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me. Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee. For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee. It is clear that God knows you prior even to your birth. Jeremiah 1:4-10 Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Then said I, Ah, Lord God! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord. Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant. All your thoughts has he written down. You are like the apple of his eye or very important to him. Satan would deceive some saying that they matter not. God said differently and I for one believe him. How about you? What you do speaks volumes more than what you say. We are to love not just in word but in deed and in truth.

Jesus saves, but not by "washing away sins" or "appeasing the Father..says one church. Too bad Paul (And Jesus in John 3:5, Mark 16:16, and in Matthew chapter 28; among many other verses and witnesses from Peter to Philip to the 120 who stood by Peter and approved his message of baptism inthe name of Jesus for the forgiveness of sins in Acts 2:37-38 and in 1 Peter 3:21.) said it is by the washing (baptism) and regenaration and renewal of the Holy Spirit in Titus 3:5. Paul was ordered (and obeyed it unlike this church,) and followed baptism to the washing away of his sins in the name of the Lord Jesus in Acts 22:16 and 10:36.

And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they shew much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness. Ezekiel 33:31 this is a warning the the counterfeit Christians who accept anything except Christ Jesus. And whether in baptism or Godhead, it matters not.
