EDITORS' NOTE
Part one
of this book consists of various,edited excerpts, from different talks and presentations that C. gave recently . Most of thesetook place on the West Coast of Canada, where heresides.The talks might seem a bit repetitive at first, but that is the particular style of his teaching.The main theme, or "nitty gritty", as he likesto call it, is what is important to grasp ; so he tries tostay focused on that as much as possible.
Part two
is really a separate little book unto
itself.
It was first printed in 1981, under the title of 
"No-Colour Mind"
and has been slightly changedover the years. In it, C. tries to convey a sense of the state of mind and understanding that isnecessary, in order to sit and practice meditation.Ed. Spring2001
