This programme is recognised by the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT) and focuses to develop for the hospitality industry, persons knowledgeable and skilled in the performance of complex, non routine culinary work with the responsibility for the work of others and the management of resources. This programme is offered only Part-time. The Part-time programme takes four (4) years to complete. Course Outline:

NB. Students are also required to fulfil internship periods in order to graduate.

Entry Requirements:
Persons wishing to complete the Bachelors program must first be holders of a TTHTIs Associate Degree in Culinary Management, or its equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Persons whose degree is not in Culinary Management, must complete all the required courses and prerequisites for courses they will be pursuing. Five (5) GCE/CXC OLevels (English and Math compulsory) OR Four (4) GCE/CXC OLevels, (English and Math compulsory), and at least one (1) years experience in the Hospitality Industry OR At least five (5) years experience in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry and/or successful completion of TTHTIs Pre-qualifying Programme

Application Fee: $50.00. This fee is required of all applicants in order to facilitate the beginning of the registration process. This is a non-refundable/non transferable fee.

Security Deposit: One months room rental payment required to reserve a place for on-campus accommodation.

Dormitory Key Deposit: $30.00 (Refundable)

Dormitory Key Replacement: - $15.00

Late Tuition Fee: $500.00. If the student fails to register within the stipulated period, a late fee will be applied.

Uniform: $90.00 - $95.00. All TTHTI students are required to wear the TTHTI uniform. This cost does not include Culinary and Food and Beverage uniforms costs. ALL TUITION AND OTHER FEES QUOTED IN TT DOLLARS

Tuition is applicable to all students enrolled in the full-time and part-time courses. Fees are to be paid in full at the beginning of each semester, (refer to the Academic Schedule/Calendar), unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Finance Department. Any such arrangement with the Finance Department must be strictly adhered to. Failure to meet these commitments will result in the student not being allowed to write final examinations.
