provide practical ideas for classroom improve foreign language competences; provide teachers with a bank of readytouse materials; familiarize teachers with innovative approaches to teaching; improve teachers confidence in using modern methods and techniques; bring positive and long-lasting effects on the trainees involved; provide several applications to use in the classroom (also for special needs students); Examine new methodologies of teaching that have arisen in recent years, such as task-based learning; Summative Assessment vs Formative Assessment, Alternative Formative Assessment; Experience the use of an innovation technique based on the Khan Academy; Giving a space for exchange of experiences and good practices among people coming from different countries who work in the same field; Provide teachers with an insight into Portuguese culture in the historical cities of vora and Beja.
