Ground Breaking for the Alpha Pregnancy Center of the Bowen Baptist Association will be held on Sunday afternoon,

March 9th at 2:30pm. The event will be held at the Center , 721 West Third Street, Donalsonville, Ga. On Saturday, March 8th, a renovation day will be held at the Center to get it ready for the dedication and clients. Are you aware that we have this ministry in our association? You can learn more about it on Sunday evening, March 16th. I have invited Dr. Ken Cloud to come and share about the Center and how we, as a church and individuals, may minister there. Brother Ken will be speaking in the evening service on the 16th. March Madness is a term usually associated with College Basketball, but it can also be applied to the church. March is a busy time with time change, special events and speakers, and the on going ministries of the Church. Come and get caught in the excitement of serving God together. There is a place of service for each of us. I look forward to seeing you this Sunday.

HANDBELL FESTIVAL The Handbell ladies will be traveling across the state to Jekyll Island for our first GA Baptist Handbell Festival experience. Please call me if you are a musician and would like to be a part of this ministry.

Congrats, Ashton Aldridge

Ashton took first place in showmanship and in speed at the RA Racer Derby in Donalsonville last Saturday. He earned a spot to compete this upcoming weekend in Ty Ty. Way to go Ashton! His fellow RA competitors from FBC were Dawson Cottles, Wiley Barber, Zach Buchanan, and John Sims. Special thanks to all the RA leaders that supported the boys! Thanks for your faithfulness to sing in the choir. Let me remind you of the opportunity we have to share Trumpet Sound Medley with the Chancel Choir on the morning of March 9. We had a great attendance last Monday as Mary Lynn White shared Part II of her foreign mission trip to West Africa, especially her work in the country of Liberia. Remember the Christians in Liberia as they share the gospel in a divided, war torn part of west Africa.
