 July 18, 2009Dear Owners, The recreational facilities and campground amenities here at Cloud9 Ranch Club, Inc., are designed for the enjoyment, convenienceand entertainment of Ranch Owners and their guests. As with anysocial organization, rules are necessary and designed to safeguardthe individual rights of each Owner. A description of our facilities isalso included so each of you may attain the maximum enjoymentand use of all Cloud 9 Ranch has to offer.It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to establish theserules and set applicable fees as necessary. A current Fee Schedulemay be obtained at various locations on the Ranch or visit ourofficial website and print a copy (www.cloud9ranchclub.com).In an effort to produce a more concise and readable product, thisRulebook has been redesigned with that in mind. Whether you area new Owner, or have been here since Cloud 9 Ranch wasestablished, we recommend your taking the time to read throughthis REVISED (7/1/2009)* set of rules and directives. Thank you,BOARD OF DIRECTORSCloud 9 Ranch Club, Inc.
