I'm proud to announce that the anthology I edited, MIDNIGHT WALK, has just been nominated for the Black Quill Award for Best Dark Genre Anthology! You can read Jodi Kaplan Lester's story from the book, "The Guixi Sisters", here on Scribd (and a gorgeous, creepy story it is!).

This is a beautifully written piece . . . you get to spend time inside someone's head . . . a definite treat. Plus, the layout is really enjoyable, which is a nice change because reading documents on the internet is usually no fun. Not the case here. Very immersive storytelling.

Don't miss Jodi Kaplan Lester's "The Guixi Sisters", posted at: The Guixi Sisters . It's from the anthology I edited, MIDNIGHT WALK, and it's a gorgeous, creepy story about Chinese-American girls with a special link to their ancestry...
