In Math class, 1we are studying rates one rate is calories per gram of fat.

First of all, 2we were asked to pick out five ideas and insert them into a graph. I chose a doughnut,3 a pancake,4 bacon, 2% milk,5 and a bagel. Secondly we had to add-up total calories and total calories from fat,6 and then divide calories from fat (295) by total calories (780). I got 38% and that means that 38% of

the calories where from fat. Usually the calorie from fat is around 34% or35%. In fact I went a little over but that is OK because you gain the least amount of fat in the morning. I thought that this task was fairly easy,7

and I guess I got the desired results, even though I didn't have a goal. This could come in helpful when I get older and "have" to manage my fat intake,8 but that is a long ways away. I could also use this for other rates

in the future. In conclusion I really liked this project in because it was interesting, 9and taught you about the rate calories per gram of fat.
