Conclusion
When you specify barrier-sealed AirCap, you will have the assurance that this bubble packaging has been purposely designed and engineered to retain the air and its protective packaging capabilities. The unique air retention barrier seals every bubble against air loss and also gives AirCap bubbles extra strength. Non-barrier bubbles show performance losses that increase the risk of product damage in transit. Your products deserve the best packaging protection, so insist on barrier-sealed AirCap by name.
Quality Assurance
AirCap is manufactured under conditions governed by ISO 9002, your guarantee of high standards of production and quality control.

Multi-item pack
Packaging many items in one carton may cause the individual items to knock against each other, causing damage.
Wrapping each item with Small Bubble AirCap and cushioning with Large Bubble AirCap , using the criss-cross packaging technique, offers superior product protection.
Criss-Cross
Criss-cross layers of Large or Extra Large Bubble AirCap over the carton and place the product into it. For more delicate items use additional layers.
Irregular shapes
Protecting odd shaped items is easily achieved by 'squaring' the product with AirCap Large Bubble, rolling it in more large bubble and placing it in the carton.
Furniture can be protected by using AirCap Top which is AirCap Small Bubble laminated with HDPE lm to provide extra puncture and tear strength.
Void ll
Extra-Large, Light Bubble AirCap is the ideal alternative to polystyrene chips or paper when lling voids. It is ready-perforated every 300mm for fast tearing off the AirCap quantity you need, and then simply ll the carton void.
