Any Stamp BookmarkBy Etha Schuette
Crafty CruisersIntermediate Stamping TeamAs far as little presents go, bookmarks seem to fly out of my house ona fairly continuous basis. I never seem to be able to keep enougharound to stick into my own books! You can adapt just about ANY stamp to make pretty bookmarks, nomatter what style or size your stamp is. When I laid eyes on “Frederickthe Literate,” I just knew I had to make some bookmarks with him!
Supplies:

6.Cut a mat from black (5.5 by 2.5”) and use a postage edgepunch on all sides. Mount the colored image onto this and add alarge black brad on one short side to insert tassel.7.Wedge the bookmark into the prepared card sliding it into thevellum pocket and align the pattern.
For Happy Day Card:
1.Select the Grungeboard letters to spell “Happy Day” and paintwith with crackle paint. Set aside to dry.2.Using black ink, stamp Frederick again on vintage cream cardstock and color just a few elements.3.Adhere the Grungeboard letters “Happy Day” on top of theimage.4.Cut black cardstock to size 6.5” by 5” and trim around theoutside with a postage stamp edge punch.5.Adhere the black layer onto the front of a folded Halcraft cardand attach the card front on top.
