1. Which sectors were chosen to collect indicator data and why: Bandar Lampung: Water supply, drainage & waste management system // Based from Vulnerability Assessment (VA) to assess the citys vulnerability: water scarcity, flooding (caused by drainage and waste on the rivers) Semarang: Clean water, public health and flood system // Based from VA to assess the citys vulnerability: water scarcity, health risks and flooding and to consider current intervention projects (rain water harvesting, health and flood early warning system projects) How were the indicators developed: internal discussions, feedback from ISET, data collections & workshop with city stakeholders Who was involved in this process: Bandar Lampung: City Team, BAPPEDA (PDA), Environmental Agency, Cleaning Agency, Public Water Company, Forestry Agency etc Semarang: City Team, BAPPEDA, Public Water Company, Water Resource Management Agency, Health Agency, Disaster Management Agency, etc Who led the process: 1.Bandar Lampung: CRI team of Bandar Lampung, which are government officials from BAPPEDA, Environmental Agency & Cleaning Agency 2.Semarang: CRI team of Semarang, which are academia from University of Diponegoro (Semarang)

3. Lesson learned
5. What were the lessons from developing indicators: Process to generate indicators has been iterative and inclusive Some data are not available at format that the team needed Poor data management in government system, such as no proper storage, no backup files etc Data is not available in time series and poor accuracy Some data are not accessible, such as: business plan of Public Water Company Determination on the range of scoring need to be consulted and revise to reflect actual conditions Linkage between vulnerability assessment and city resilience indicators (?)
