16Behold, I will send for many fishers, saith the LORD, and they shall fish them
; andafterward I will send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, andfrom every hill, and out of the clefts of the rocks) Jesus choose another 9 and made hisapostles twelve.Mk 8:27 Jesus and his disciples went to the villages of Caesarea Philippi. On the way heasked his disciples, “Who do people say that I am?” 8:28 They said, “John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and still others, one of the prophets.” 8:29 He asked them, “But who doyou say that I am?” Peter answered him, “You are the Christ.” Mt.22:42 Jesus askedthem: “What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he?” They said, “The son of David.” 22:43 He said to them, “How then does David by the Spirit call him ‘Lord,’saying,22:44 ‘
The Lord said to my lord,
Sit at my right hand, until I put your enemiesunder your feet
”’? 22:45 If David then calls him ‘Lord,’ how can he be his son?” 7:42They said , “Don’t the scriptures say that the Christ is
a descendant

of David
and
comesfrom Bethlehem
, the village where David lived?” 16:11 Jesus answered them “ Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees “24:23 if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here isthe Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe him 24:25 Remember, I have told you ahead of

time. 24:26 So then, if someone says to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out,or ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe him. !” Lk9:
21 And Jesus forcefullycommanded them not to tell anyone that he was the Christ.
( So the disciples beganto suspect that Jesus is preaching something against the scriptures and knowing this )Jesus said to them, “Mt 5:17 Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or theprophets. I have not come to abolish these things but to fulfill them. 5:18 I tell you thetruth, until heaven and earth pass away not the smallest letter or stroke of a letter will passfrom the law until everything takes place.. 10:34 “Do not think that I have come to bringpeace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace but a sword
5:46 “If you believedMoses, you would believe me, because he wrote about me. 5:47 But if you do notbelieve what Moses wrote, how will you believe my words?”
22:34 Now the Pharisees assembled together. 22:35 And one of them, an expert inreligious law, asked him a question to test him: 22:36 “Teacher, which commandment inthe law is the greatest?” 22:37 Jesus said to him, “‘
Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind
.” 22:38 This is the first andgreatest

commandment. Mt 6:24 “No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate theone and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannotserve God and Mammon

7:17Jesus said “ If anyone wants to do God’s will, he will know about my teaching, whether it is from God or whether I speak from my own authority”.12:49 “ I have notspoken from my own authority, but the Father himself who sent me has commanded mewhat I should say and what I should speak. 7:16 “My teaching is not from me, but from theone who sent me. 13:16 I tell you the solemn truth, the slave is not greater than hismaster, nor is the one who is sent as a messenger greater than the one who sent him.13:17 If you understand these things, you will be blessed if you do them.. 12:50 Thus thethings I say, I say just as the Father has told me.John10:14 “I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me – 10:15 just asthe Father knows me and I know the Father. 10:26 But you refuse to believe because youare not my sheep. 10:27 My sheep listen to my voice, and I know them, and they followme. 10:28 I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; no one will snatch them frommy hand. 10:29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one cansnatch them from my Father’s hand. 10:30 The Father and I are one.”14:6 “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except throughme. 14:7 If you have known me, you will know my Father too. 14:9 The person who hasseen me has seen the Father. 12:44 “The one who believes in me does not believe in me,but in the one who sent me, 12:45 and the one who sees me sees the one who sent me.12:46 I have come as a light into the world, so that everyone who believes in me shouldnot remain in darkness. 8:12 “I am the light of the world. The one who follows me willnever walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”15:16:35, “I am the bread of life. The one who comes to me will never go hungry, and theone who believes in me will never be thirsty. 6:38 For I have come down from heaven not

to do my own will but the will of the one who sent me. 6:39 Now this is the will of the onewho sent me – that I should not lose one person of every one he has given me, but raisethem all up at the last day. 6:40 For this is the will of my Father – for everyone who lookson the Son and believes in him to have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”6:51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats from this bread hewill live forever. The bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh 6:53 “I tell youthe solemn truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you haveno life in yourselves. 6:54 The one who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. 6:55 For my flesh is true food, and my blood is truedrink. 6:56 The one who eats my flesh and drinks my blood resides in me, and I in him.6:57 Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so the one whoconsumes me will live because of me. 6:58 This is the bread that came down fromheaven; it is not like the bread your ancestors ate, but then later died. The one who eatsthis bread will live forever.”6:60 Then many of his disciples, when they heard these things, said, “This is a difficultsaying! Who can understand it?” 6:61 When Jesus was aware that his disciples werecomplaining about this, he said to them, “Does this cause you to be offended? Mt15:16Jesus said, “Even after all this, are you still so foolish? 15:17 Don’t you understand thatwhatever goes into the mouth enters the stomach and then passes out into the sewer?6:63 The Spirit is the one who gives life; flesh is of no help. The words that I have spokento you are spirit and are life. ( 6:64 But there are some of you who do not believe.” Jesushad already known from the beginning who those were who did not believe, and who itwas who would betray him). 7:37 “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me, and 7:38 let theone who believes in me drink. Just as the scripture says, ‘
From within him

will flow rivers of living water
“5:39 You study the scriptures thoroughly because you think inthem you possess eternal life, but they testify about me,.15:1 I am the true vine and my Father is the gardener. 15:2 He takes away every branchthat does not bear fruit in me. He prunes every branch that bears fruit so that it will bear more fruit. 15:3 You are clean already because of the word that I have spoken to you. 15:4Remain in me, and I will remain in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me.15:5 “I am thevine; you are the branches. The one who remains in me – and I in him – bears much fruit, because apart from me you can accomplish nothing. 15:6 If anyone does not remain inme, he is thrown out like a branch, and dries up; and such branches are gathered up andthrown into the fire, and are burned up. 15:8 My Father is honored by this, that you bear much fruit.3:14 Just as Moses
lifted up the serpent in the wilderness
, so must the Son of Man belifted up. 8:28 “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he, and I donothing on my own initiative, but I speak just what the Father taught me. 14:1 “Do not letyour hearts be distressed. You believe in God; believe also in me.
