Synopsis: Polar Bears are amazing animals. They have learned to adapt to the freezing temperatures of the tundra. Polar bears however are becoming endangered because of people are hunting them and because of global warming. What can be done to save the polar bears?

This product introduces you to vocabulary and helps you learn the meaning of the new words in a meaningful way. You will be making your very own book about polar bears. Use the book Polar Bears by Gail Gibbons and the words in the Word Bank to complete the sentences. You will have to use the book to look up information for some of the pages. Be sure to draw a picture on each page that matches the information. After you have filled in everything, cut each page in half. Put the pages together and staple them like a book.
