Open-Ended Answers Maryland should allow law abidding responsible citizens to obtain concealed carry permits without the burdin of an excuse 99% of these guys i've never heard of... how is the right going to get their names out? Abortion, death penalty, gays, guns, etc. have been decided by the liberal legislature. We simply do not have the majorities to change that. We should support the most electable candidates possible to build our majority. If that means supporting a liberal Republican in Montgomery County, so be it. Somebody who votes with us 20% of the time is better than somebody who votes against us 100% of the time. And we need to dump Dwyer. He makes us look foolish, and adds nothing. Actions being taken to legalize and/or decriminalize Marijuana is disgraceful. Legislature will do anything to get tax money. Debacle of the health care roll-out is also an embarassment to the state of Maryland. Add more choices for President. Add N. Haley and why not add Mitt Romney just for fun? He's talked about for a rerun. any one who votes for more gun control I will vote against BEAT OBUMMER Ben Carson for president Brian Griffiths is STILL cute ; , ) Bring back our values of freedom to make our own decisions for ourselves and our chlidten! Brinkley is a liberal Build more schools smaller and in the Community. Stop pulling the kids from all over the County. Can you guys find anything else to do besides attacking other Republicans? I find Lollar to be a joke and his supporters annoy me, but you guys seem to have an obsession with bashing him.

Can you run your survey for the 29th district? 3 Republicans running for the seat, Jones, Jarboe and Waugh Can't afford to live here after 41 years of working. Charles Lollar is our man!! Conservatives must unite or they will fail in upcoming elections. control spending, lower taxes Cut spending!! CUT SPENDING; initiate baseline budgeting; end auto increases to annual budget; roolback state budget to 2008; repeal tax increases since 2008; repeal State healthcare/ObamaCare initiative; repeal 2013 gun law; repeal duplicitous, frivilous and unconstitutional laws; end corp income tax; initiate business incentives to thrive & expand in MD Cut the budget, get the pork and waste out of it. Then tackle the fraud and entitlement programs. David Brinkley and rich Colburn are birds of a feather. Both have messy divorces that are embarrassing to our cause and party. It's time for them to go! David Brinkley has been in office for 20 years, no one should serve that long! TERM LIMITS! David Brinkley is a liberal who needs to go! David Brinkley is a RINO David brinkley loves obamacare David Craig is the only candidate who has actually governed and has the best vision for Maryland's future David Craig is the only candidate with the experience to fix our state. District 35 has the best opportunity to make a change for this state, vote for Thomas Wilson for the state senate. Do away with rain tax in Maryland! Do not cut DOD it's crazy at this point. Don't focus on social issues...it's what the left wants because it's a liberal state and they can win there. Even the democrats are sick of being taxes to death. Focus on that. dont really like democrats or republicans there the reason were in this mess to begin with right now republicans are the lesser of the two evils Excellent survey, Feel free to call Feel sorry for Maryland when OMalley is going to be followed by Brown Fix the tax issues, and, please, for the love of all that is holy, trounce the hell out of David Craig!

Focus on YOU/the Candidate, vs who or what the other guy says/is/does. Those things become obvious to most, and/or they get pointed out by others. Let's not waste time, stoop, get 'caught up', we'll succeed via The High Road. Seriously. CDF (A Personality Psychologist. Don't just trust my word on the above info, ask another "personality & behavior"- focused person & you'll get the same answer.) Get a REAL conservative who can show the low infirmation crowd the true facts ! Get America back on track with its true principles of pride. I hate how divided people have become. Bring god back into everyday life. Get government out of our way so we can fix this mess ourselves! get off of womens rights and stop letting the DemocRATS say that you are against womens rights in every add and you do nothing about it. FIGHT for the things in the far right column!!! Get off the fundamentalist Christian social issues and focus on the economy. Get rid of dems in MD Get rid of Obamacare and I'm a democrat Get rid of safe act of 2013. Get the Dems OUT of office before they bankrupt our country and turn us into a Socialist form of government. Get this communist liberal leftist people out of office including the President...afraid it is to late to save the Country. Get together. Talk about ideas, not each other. Go RED Republican is you want REAL CHANGE! GOP should avoid the Social & Family issues & concentrate on Economics, Jobs, Crime, etc. government and state university (non-education activities and services) competition with private business is a BIG issue. Greater accountability and honesty, no prima donna benefits for state or country senate Have to beat these liberals they are killing this state and country Help to repeal the conceal carry laws in this state and reduce taxes. reduction of regulation and taxes will bring jobs to Maryland and therefore help boost our economy. It's so simple it's a shame Annapolis has yet to figure that out honest Politics is paramount Hopefully, our new Governor will be a Republican & I would like to see him get rid of all these nickle & dime tax & fee increases that idiot O'Malley & the current worthless legislature enacted. I want the sales tax to go back to 5% & the outrageous increase in the tolls to be decreased & the unconscionable gas tax & rain tax to be eliminated. Coupled with that would be the necessity of really cutting spending. Before any of this is

done, however, I see the necessity for an audit of all Maryland finances - with this one party rule & the corrupt nature of MOM, we need an audit to see where the money goes and what good it's doing - from my perspective, not much good is done. Just so you know, I am not a Republican. As a party, I don't see them as being any more responsible, trustworthy or honest then any of the Dems. The Repubs just have a more urgent voice about all that's wrong because they have no power in this State. I hope that changes. God bless. Hoping Bongino gets to DC. Larry Hogan for Gov I am over taxed and tired of it. I don't mind paying my fair share, but I pay more than that and so MUCH of it is wasted by those in government. Stop wasting our tax dollars. IF we took the waste out of the budget, I think we could all enjoy a tax cut and still have a surplus. I'd love to audit the state's books, I really would. I am undecided in areas I may or msynit have a vote. Have not read enough on the delegates to know who to vote for. I clicked "Undecided" because those Senate and Delegate seats are not mine. I didn't see anything about theses dirty rotten illegals running around Md. taking our jobs, want to save Md. vote Herb McMillan out of office I don't recognize any of the names of people running for office on the Republican tickets!!!! I just hope Republicans can win in this state....if they don't...we have plans to MOVE as fast as we can and that's a shame.....we lived here for over 50 years...raised families who live here...who will move too ! I just want a conservative representation in this state. I like Lt. Col. Allen West, Dr. Ben Carson and Sarah Palin in the national administration also... I was not going to vote because you support. Hogan. What an ass! I will vote to oust every liberal and rino in the upcoming election I wish Vladamir Putin were our President. I would like to see the recent gun regulations repealed. I also think welfare, food stamp, housing, and free cells phone benefits are extremely abused. They need far more oversight to cut down on the abuse of the system. If Anthony Brown becomes Gov, my family will leave Maryland. Go LARRY HOGAN If not for family ties to this state, I would have left by now purely for political reasons/taxes/city government. If someone who if fiscally responsible is NOT elected this year we will be moving out of Maryland. There are too many states where we can live for a lot less money. Illegal immigration is the most important issue to me. Stop it!

I'm ;tired of all the talk about how bad Obama is for our country, and I agree that he's the worst president we've ever had, and that he is on the verge of ruining our country! But it's time to quit the talk and actually do something about him! Kick his b*** out of that office!!!!! Im 15 I'm conservative so I'd like to know the voting records of the candidates and to see where they stand on conservative values. I'm not in a rain tax co but very important we get rid of it for growth I'm not sure why you want me to vote for someone in Frederick or Anne Arundel county since I live in Carrol County I'm running for St. Mary's County RCC. Im voting for anyone that did not vote for the Nazi gun control or instate tuition for illegals. Immigration? In the next poll please include Senate seat in District 29. Thanks Jeff Quinton is an ass. just saying just get something done and stop being "politicians" Just get the current regime OUT. Just to be clear: I am against abortion, tired of the corruption, sick of all the crime, support the death penalty, enraged about the economy, lack of jobs, do NOT support increasing the minimum wage, and HATE Obamacare. I'm tired of illegal immigrants taking money that my legal AMERICAN CITIZEN daughter could use for higher education, somewhat concerned about the environment, but don't think there's much anyone can do about it, totally support gambling in Maryland, believe in the right to bear arms and disgusted that my right has been tampered with, think there's too much government regulation on EVERYTHING, totally believe that government spending is out of control, sick of being taxed on EVERYTHING, and believe that something should be done to improve roads, safety, and alternative transportation. By the way, did I mention I HATE Obamacare? And if another democrat is elected Governor, will seriously consider moving out of Maryland. Keep God with us!! Keep up the excellent work! Keep up the great work! Kick butt!!! Kipke is a liberal and has done questionable personal issues. Cheated on his wife. Cited for obamacare. Voted for rain tax. Voted for forced union dues. Stole me lucky charms. He's a douchebag.

Law abiding citizens don't need to be treated like criminals when it comes to gun control. Gun control doesn't work Legalize MJ to reduce national debt!! Legalizing Marijuana/Decriminalization Less government! Get government out of Education and Health Care Let free enterprise work and lots of things will improve. Career politicians have to go--and set age limits. People who are more than 75 and still in the public arena as politicians need to go home! Lets fix the laws we have instead of making more laws that make NO sense. You will never be able to regulate Human Behavior. Placing people in prisons with No reform or chance to better themselves is pointless. Constitution should be followed for EVERY LAW not just some. RETRO ACTIVE REGULATIONS are just another name for a LAW!!!! Lets help people be productive citizens not VICTIMS of the revolving door CASH COW.(PRISON) Let's Get Ride Of The Damn Tea Party In Maryland Like the addition of polling District races around Maryland. lower taxes, 2nd Amendment rights, spending is out of control, and conceal carry laws are terrible, tax breaks to big business are out of control Make the Republican message about promoting fair tax/regulatory policies that promote job growth, and forward looking education policies that prepare Marylanders for 21st century jobs. Be for a positive agenda, not just against the O'Malley/Brown record. Many illegsls from VA, NJ and DE are coming to MD to obtain drivers licenses even when they don't live in MD. The applicants are using addresses in MD to show "proof" of residency. Very little is being done to verify the addresses are actual or the applicants actually lives there. These false applicants will help drive up the population with people who don't live in MD. This will allow for voting fraud by those who might vote in a state they don't even live in. marijuana legislation is a bad move. Maryland is too expensive and too highly regulated. This needs to change. Businesses are moving away and that needs to reverse. Maryland needs to get rid of obamacare and at the same time chase out the illegals. Maryland Republicans need to be focused on three things reduced spending, creating jobs and reducing taxes. Gun policy, abortion and other such emotion invoking issues are important however they should not make reducing spending, creating jobs and reducing taxes take a back seat. Those three issues will improve the economy of Maryland which will improve the lives of all Marylanders. Maryland sucks and I'm moving as soon as I can

MCGOP Lincoln Reagan Dinner is 5-8-2014, keynote speaker is Gov. Jim Gilmore, come one come all My wishlist...!! n/a na Need to clean up/out our state and country. So sick/tired of all the corruption, rule changes when it suits; need term limits to get rid of the good-ole-boys in DC. No No No. none O'Malley needs to go and his side kick does not need to take his place! He has turned us into a 47% hell with us taxpayers supporting everyone! If things don't change, I'm selling my house and moving to a less expensive nicer place to live. For MD being so damn expensive you would think it wouldn't have almost the highest murder and violent crime rates in the country...funny for a state so anti-gun! O'Malley sucks. Open the primary to unaffiliated voters. Please add Ben Carson to the presidential list... Please list Ben Carson as one of the presidential choices. Please save Maryland!!! Restore her to her former glory. Repeal the gun laws, stay true to the 2nd amendment - open carry and shall issue concealed carry, reinforce the 4th amendment, don't let overzealous gov't over step that our rights. Get rid of the communist atmosphere that is hanging over our state. Repeal taxes, cut spending, dispense of Common Core. Please take into consideration the tea party when you are putting together the party platform. I am so tired of the national Republican Party and their put downs in regard to the tea party! Please understand that though I believe in a lot of what the tea party stands for, We need to get Republicans elected, which means much closer to the center. Quit forcing people to take extreme sides .. Learn from Va. Please.. Please work on impeaching Barack Obama. This needs to be priority #1. Price of heating fuel and gasoline property taxes/business taxes are too high... who gets all this money??? Prosecute Hillary, Obama and anyone else involved in refusing to protect our people in Benghazi. I want them in jail. THIS is my most important issue. Protecting our freedoms and rule of law

Provide leadership! Put integrity back into public office! Corruption in office and repealing O'Malley's: gun control, health reform, and other flawed initiatives. We have a Constitution and need legislatures who follow it. This isn't about partisan politics since Republicans are to blame as well. When you don't put up good candidates, you get the mess we have. Put the old voting system back in because I don't trust the computers. Re 'GUN POLICY': the repeal of the Firearm Safety Act of 2013 informally know as the Handgun Qualification License. Regarding question six I would have for Benjamin Carson if his name were on your list. Repeal Obamacare & Impeach! Repeal the Affordable Care Act completely. Repeal Maryland's oppressive and unconstitutional gun laws particularly Firearm Safety Act of 2013 and pass shall issue concealed carry legislation. Protect our 1st, 2nd & 4th Amendment rights as well as the rest of our Constitutional and bill of rights from Federal and State infringement. If my rights were a cake, how many pieces would have to be missing before I could say my rights have been infringed? Repeal the BAT tax law for non-waterfront property. When you are over 10 miles from a tributary BAT septic systems are meaningless. Thank you Repeal the Rain Tax. Make the State of Maryland More business friendly .Way to many Taxes. Repeal the stupid gun restrictions. Repeal some of the exorbitant taxes. Republican party needs strong moderate conservative leadership about economic issues and a greater representation of Americans. Shape the future creating opportunity from competition of better ideas not dogma Republicans haven't done much about promoting their ideas or candidates. Why don't they go back to mailing info out. Republicans need to develop a solid platform to oust the liberal, and free sending democratic politicans out of office before the middle class flee the state Republicans, Tea Party and Libertarians must find a way to compromise, and form a common party, working together to WIN the same way the mindless liberal / socialist / progressives do, or America is doomed. Do it NOW! Almost too late! require voter identification Respect all aspects of the constitution and uphold your oath!!!!!!!! Respect the US constitution and the bill of rights. Term limits need to be addressed Restore common sense to Annapolis. Ron George is intelligent and well-spoken. For governor 2014! Same sex marriage is an issue for me. I would like to see our laws on it fully reversed.

save Md, vote Herb McMillan out of office Since 1996 my hard working husband and our family have personally lost over $100,000 between an investment banker take over of the corporation (pension raid) where we worked (i actually got laid off) and the home purchase we made in 2004 to get our kids out of a Maryland town where crime was on the rise and the elected officials were inept (is the best way I can describe it). I am not including my lost wages or the increasing taxes and other offensive laws that take away our constitutional rights. Both of us were born here as were our parents and grandparents so we have made significant generational contributions to the building and success of this state. If this election goes Democratic, we will leave the state. We don't care how much we lose in the process. We figure since we actually do earn wages that the state taxes, it will be Maryland's loss. I applaud you for your dedication to reform, but we are slowing sinking into poverty while working. BTW, my husband is a Senior Biochemist and I hold a BFA from, where eles, a maryland college. I am paid $12.79 an hour, commuting 28 miles one way for a part time job. We are over 55 and we wish you good luck at getting to the core issue that makes living in Maryland suck for working people. Some questions do not concern my county Stop attacking Republicans. Stop complaining about the Democrats as it sounds like a broken record. Find a few conservative and or moderate Democrats and work with them to slowly change things. Remember what the Gipper and Tipper did Stop spending, unless you stop raising taxes mrs. Will move out of the state. Stop this tax and spend madness and over regulating every aspect of our lives!! Stop trampling our rights. Stop the taxes on the citizens. We are drowning in taxes and regulations and losing our rights. Stop the insanity. Stronger gun laws/regulations are very important to the safety and welfare of all of our people. Quit the 2nd amendment defense of the status quo! It's absurd. Sure hope republicans can take the house and senate, and figure out that including the tea party is essential to winning the election Take back MARYLAND !! Take MD Back! Talking about chance, I think Larry Hogan would perform very low in areas where we would hope to be competitive. You've made a grave mistake in endorsing this candidate. Say all the $hit you want. If Larry Hogan is the Republican nominee, we will lose. We will LOSE. RMN's close minded narrative and snarky attitude will lead our candidates no where. Taxes - Sales, Income, Rain, etc...all need to be reset, cut or repealed to Pre-O'MalleyBrown levels for starters. Then they need to be cut. Dedicated Funds either need to be

used for their intended purposes like the Transportation Fund which has not over the years. These dedicated funds need to be used for their intended purposes; not slush funds for Maryland's Governor to play the shell game of pretending that budge is balanced. I would prefer to see a Maryland with no dedicated funds. The General Operating Fund should be sufficient. Maryland's General Assembly & next Governor need to have a "Honest Evaluation" of all expenses and apply the "Need to Have" and "Nice to Have" mentality to evaluation what spending and cuts truly need to happen. Taxes and Spending need to be cut. Pass a shall issue concealed carry law and crime will go down. It is proven. Cutting taxes and the cost of healthcare will create new real private sector jobs. Taxes are way too high in this state and we are seriously think of moving to another state Thanks The Constitution needs to be followed! Leave our guns alone! The Liberty Movement is growing in Maryland at an undeniable rate. The establishment hacks who propose bills like HB 1513 will either follow us or join the democrats. The Republicans need to change their position on abortion to one of leaving it up to the woman and stop opposing same sex marriages. The Dems are eating our lunch on those issues. There should be term limits for all federal and state positions of government as outlined in Article 5 of the Constitution and enacted through the convention of states. These last four years have saddened me as a once proud republican party devolved into out of touch children. This country's hope is compromise. You are not it. This state needs to stop overtaxing and looking for ways to provide for the non working and illegal aliens, stop handing our tax money over to people that don't work and have no intention of working, worry about fixing this poor state instead of trying to take away people's rights and tax us to death, drug test people on welfair and unemployment if they have enough money to buy drugs they don't need our tax money. This is such a beautiful state that has a lot to offer but if it dose not change unfortunately me along with lots of other people won't be able to afford to stay here much longer To many tax increases and fee increases in Maryland. The people in office right now are getting way to creative in the way they take my hard earned money. When I observe how people are cheating the system to get hand outs from the government it makes me angry. Angry that there are not better checks and balances in place before handouts are given. The illegals are another concern. People are sitting on unemployment because they say they cannot find jobs. If the illegals weren't employed for next to nothing then businesses would have to pay a better wage to the American worker and the career unemployment and welfare recipients would have to take a job that is mostly filled by

illegals at this place in time. No more extensions to unemployment. Limit the amount of time someone can be on welfare. Sorry you can't start at the top. I started working at 17 years of age and worked myself up. Times are hard and people are losing those jobs. You start over you don't become a ward of the state. Public sector unions. Those workers are paid by my tax dollars. Who looks out for my best interest during contract negotiations. It seems like no one. They are highly paid and have excellent benefit packages but want more and more. Who looks out for the taxpayers, technically their employers interest. Right now it seems like no one. The rain tax, the flush tax, the bottle tax, the bag tax, increase in the gas tax etc etc etc. When times are hard you don't keep up your out of control spending and pet environmental projects. You adjust your budget and learn to live within your means just like all the citizens in this country have to do. You don't put the added burden of additional taxes on them that drain more from their budgets. The rain tax in Baltimore City is ridiculously high. It will be passed on to the consumer from the businesses in higher prices for their goods and services. Further draining our exceedingly smaller budgets. In a nutshell....the out of control spending has to end. Tolls ' taxes ' energy independence. Tolls are not balanced. 3 times the rate for a car towing a 2 axle trailer. Too many state government workers on the payroll, and they're not accomplishing anything - time for REAL cuts Very disappointed that republican governor team is a developer and a developer/land sale that have profited richly on selling/ buying land and property almost exclusively with government entities. Doesn't pass sniff test. After 30 years in maryland republican losing gubernatorial platform offers no hope and no tax relief....we're now moving out of maryland. I don't like being taxed to death and for death and considered being a "cost" to society to be punished for having heart/lung problems even though I'm a senior ultra marathoner Very disappointed that the GOP establishment has chosen to not oppose the reelection of Prince George's County Executive Rushern Betrayer despite his sorry record of broken campaign promises. vote for common sense.....anyone on public assistance should not be allowed to vote. this would change the outcome of any bills being proposed....for the state and not the political hacks was not going to vote because you are part of hogan's self appointed groupies. We are losing all of our personal rights in Maryland. We can do this!!!! We don't want unisex bathrooms

We have too much government, too many laws and regulations. I will be voting in the primary to the best of my ability for all those who have a record of LESS governament and less taxes We need accountability for those in office who violate their iath of affixe. Term limits need to be set on a national level. Implement a nationwide conceal carry process, end the state by state didferences We need repasentives that uphold their oath to defend the constitution We need term limits at all levels and support for the federal Fair Tax Act. We need term limits for ALL politicians! We need to have a 2 party system in the People's Republic of Maryland We need to practice fiscal responsibility. Using the proceeds from gambling to pay or bills is shameful. The misery that is caused by the legalization of gambling will be sad to see. We need to give people opportunity to work - - - not pay them to stay home. We need to pull back and reign in. Tbe purpose of government is being ignored, there are too many relying on too few with expectations that are too great. It is time that people learn what necessity is and learn to live within their means. We need to stop the communist gun laws and the high taxes and bring jobs back to maryland We need to take our state and country back. Please! We need to work harder to attract minorities and women to the Republican party, both as candidates and as voters. we should have the death penalty, support equal rights for dogs, not legalize pot keep abortion a womens choice! Where's Bongino? While the 2A issues are very important to my husband and I we don't think it should be a major campaign issue as the discussion can create concerns in the population centers for general election. Pound the tax and economy message - jobs! Why did Lollar's campaign spend over $4000 at he Willard Hotel in April 2013, well before he launched his campaign? Red Maryland should investigate! Decriminalize, legalize and Tax Marijuana in Maryland, ASAP!! Win back the Senate and White House!!! We need to right the ship now! Work to create a unified party ! would like to see the Republican party getting it's act together and being able to win. Yeah, how about getting real fiscally conservatives elected this time. You are completely wrong in your support of Michael Hough. The party needs less unethical, slim balls not more.

You need to have a N/A on the candidates you ask about voting for in Districts instead of just undecided. You need to look beyond someone's voting record and consider integrity, ethics, and ability to represent constituents and the State. You lost all credibility by your endorsement of Michael Hough. We need representatives, not ideologues. You will not take the state of MD in any election unless you reach out to the AfricanAmerican and Hispanic voters and let them know how their lives will change for the better. The African-American vote is very Democratic and they need to be approached.
