Ask yourself, how can a person born as a subject of Great Britain and the Queen of England be a natural born citizen of the USA? They cannot. That was not the intent of our founders and the framers of our Constitution. The founders wanted no person with foreign influence and claims on that person at birth to be ever able to be eligible to serve as the President and Commander-in-Chief of our military. Obama is a Usurper. The federal judges need to take jurisdiction per Chief Justice John Marshall's words on protecting and guarding the Constitution and try the cases before them on Obama's Article II eligibility on the merits.
