Procedure
1) Cut eggplant into quarters, marinated with olive oil, crushed peppers, oregano, garlic.
2) Roast in oven at 180 c for 15-20mintues
4) Arrange roasted eggplant in to the platter, put the sauce on top of the eggplant.
