1 Marinate vegetables with olive oil and garlic, roast them in oven.
2 Take oil in a pan heat, saute onions , add garlic. when it turns golden brown add roasted vegetables
to it.
3 Saute it well
4 Add tomato concass, add veg stock. Simmer for a while and finsh with basil and sugar
5 Check seasoning, serve hot with some thorn basil.
