Some of the graphs will refer to the entire Charlottesville Area (Albemarle, Charlottesville,Fluvanna, Greene, Nelson), others will show data for only Fluvanna County and/or Lake Monticello. This isdone so that you can compare the local market against itself, and also against the performance of theregion.
