TESTING FET and MOSFET transistors

Fig. XII.1 presents a simple installation for testing and comparing FET and MOSFET transistors.
Installation includes an oscillator in which the active element is the device under test. - Oscillator frequency is determined by oscillating circuits (about 150 MHz) and L2,C3 (eca 10 MHz), depending on the position of the switch K1 assembly is designed to test the n-channel FET and MOSFET transistors.
If the test transistor is p-channel, it will reverse the polarity of the voltage source. The signal of the oscillator is detected by the switching diode.
