Defined product strategy for the teen segment within the Kids & Family group, leading allproduct development throughout the lifecycle: conception, launch, and subsequent iterationsbased on qualitative and quantitative usage data.
 
Presented with the challenge to significantly increase video pre-roll inventory, conceived andlaunched Screening Parties, a ground-breaking multi-user social video environment, whichresulted in a 43% bump in the needed impressions and in users connecting around our contentin heretofore unimagined ways.
 
Due to ad market pressure to “clean up” the site, and the difficulty in radically
changing the
site’s legacy code,
oversaw a relaunch of Quizilla with an all-new codebase, a highlyambitious engineering project.
