How I put on my extra pounds.
: ) 53lbs to be exact.So back in the day, I used to weigh 137lbs. I was never “model” skinny, but I was slim. I had anice figure and my husband always made me feel like a princess. Once my first son was born, Igained a total of 15 lbs. But then I slowly lost it over 2 years. I didn’t really work out, it justslowly came off me by being active and running around.Then I got pregnant again. OOPS! I again gained more weight from the pregnancy. But this timeit didn’t just drop off like last time. This time after Tanner, I never got below 152. But I wasn’ttoo worried, I had two beautiful kids and I still looked pretty young. Once my 3rd and final child(Jackie) was born, I gained a total of 53lbs.So after all my children were born I weighed 190lbs and felt uncomfortable in my own body thatI used to feel so confident in. It got so bad, I actually stopped going out with friends, becausethey always looked way better than me and I felt like their “ugly” friend.
