P. Site Condition
Description: Buses load/unload at the main entry to the school complex and share a common path of travel with vehicular traffic. District officials noted asphalt
pavements were replaced in 2005. The existing pavements display limited areas of deterioration. Approximately 50% of the concrete walks have
been updated and include accessible ramp installations with detectable warnings. A portion of the existing walks are deteriorated. Playground
equipment was updated in the recent past. A portion of the equipment installations are wood structures. The site was covered with snow at the
time of the site visit, thus hindering full assessment of site conditions.

Rating: 3 Needs Replacement

Recommendations: Replace remaining deteriorated concrete walks and provide for a new asphalt wearing course. Provide a dedicated bus loading/unloading zone.
