PTU Font’s were used for this tutorial and can not be provided. Any brush font or bulky font can be used for this tag. I used A&S Cricket (Word Art Provided) and BrushScript MT for the name.

Let’s get started
Save your mask provided into your mask folder under C:/Program Files/Corel/Paint S
hop/Masks.Open up your Simone Template19 in Paint Shop and hide your top layer and bottomlayer. Click on your bottom layer to make active. Create a new raster *To do this click on the Top Tool Bar-Layers-New Raster Layer.(This layer should now be above your main bottom hidden layer)Open a paper of choice from the kit, I used: HE_paper09_cbj and flood fill with this paper.Load mask “LoveBugMask” included in my supplies with these settings:Right Click and Merge your mask layers.2
Click on the Circle layer to make active. Now add a new raster layer.Open a paper of choice from the kit,I used: HE_paper04_cbj and flood fill with this paper.*To do this go to the top right color palettes-click on the foreground box (top one)-click on the pattern (at the top far right, 3

option), and use your drop down box on the current pattern (to the right, a tiny arrow)-find the pattern (paper) you have open-hit ok. Now click on the circle layer of the template to make active again.Go to your Top Tool Bar-Selections-Select AllSelections-FloatSelections-DefloatSelections-Invert.Click on the raster layer you just filled with your paper to make active.Click Delete on your Keyboard. Now deselect. * To do this, Top Tool Bar-Selections-Select None. Now open another paper of choice. I used HE_paper10_cbj. Click on the Box 2 of thetemplate to make active. New Raster Layer. Flood Fill with the paper you just opened. Now click on Box 1 to make active and follow the same steps as above, with theSelections process.Do this effect for all the layers of the template using different papers from the kit, seemine to reference.On the Star layer once completed with the paper of choice. Duplicate this layer, Resize by 30%. Sharpen Once. Duplicate two more times. And move these little stars aroundyour tag. See mine to reference. You should have one large star and three little stars. -Copy and Paste as a new layer.Resized by 65% and move under the main circle layer.Top Tool Bar-Adjust-Sharpen.

- Copy and Paste as a new layer. Resized by 85%, Move this layer belowthe star but above your Box 1. Position as you see fit.

Copy and Paste as a new layer. I moved this layer between Box 1 andBox 2. Duplicate this layer and move this layer above at the top. See mine to reference.

Copy and Paste as a new layer. Resize by 45%, Move this layer to the topof your layers and use your pick tool (arrow) move and position to your liking. Duplicateand move this other little one eyed bat someone else at the top of the tag. Now copy and paste a tube of your choice as a new layer. I used the fabulous work of Daniel Esparza and this can be purchased with a license at CILM but any tube will work.Add a drop shadow and move to your preference.Copy and paste the word art provided in the supplies.Drag this layer just below your tube layer.3
