FibeAir Radio Latency Innovation

Best in class latency (RFC-2544) for all channels ready for LTE!
<0.21 msec for 28/56MHz channels (1518byte frames) <0.4 msec for 14MHz channels (1518byte frames) <0.9 msec for 7MHz channels (1518byte frames)

Frame cut-through support

Provides delay and delay-variation sensitive services (e.g. VoIP, PWE3) true
transparency to background lower priority services.

Frames assigned to high priority queue can preempt in-transmission frames over
the radio from other queues.

Transmission of preempted frames is resumed after the cut-through with no

capacity loss or re-transmission required.

Optimally address the delay and delay-variation requirements of each service class Achieves up to 70% reduction in frame delay vs. competitive solution!

Gigabit Ethernet
Multi Radio
N+0 Ethernet Traffic (XPIC supported)
Graceful degradation ability in case of one or more carriers fail

Multi Radio & Adaptive modulation

Independence behavior for each radio carrier Maximize spectrum efficiency
v

Optimal data split between two carriers

Achieving 100% utilization of radio resources Load balanced based on instantaneous radio capacity per carrier NOT according to Link Aggregation, so not dependent on number of MAC addresses
12. Partnersk den VUMS DataCom, Praha, 9.12.2010

FibeAir packet synchronization solution

Unique PTP optimized transport
Support IEEE-1588, NTP, etc. Guaranteed ultra-low PDV (<0.05 msec) Unique support ACM and narrow channels

SyncE
SyncE input and output End-to-End Synchronization distribution for nodal configurations

Unique PRC grade (G.811) performance for pipe applications

Provides optimal and flexible solution for each operators network and migration strategy

IP/MPLS edge router acts as gateway between the Native2 and IP/MPLS based networks.

Both Ethernet and E1 services are mapped over MPLS using pseudo-wires.

IP-40 used as high-capacity "MPLS-aware" Ethernet MW radio where fiber connections are not available
