UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF INDIANA FORT WAYNE DIVISION

WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT, INC., ) ) Plaintiff, ) ) v. ) ) HELP INDIANA VETS, INC. and ) DEAN M. GRAHAM, ) ) Defendants. )

1:14-cv-00075

ORDER This case was filed on November 21, 2013, then was transferred from the Southern District of Indiana, 1:13-cv-01857, on March 13, 2014, based on the fact that venue properly lies in this district. (Docket Entry 33.) A number of deadlines were set, and a motion to dismiss is pending from the Southern District of Indiana. Although defendants have had a considerable amount of time with the case already, for the sake of clarity all deadlines set by the Southern District are hereby VACATED. By April 18, 2014 (1) the corporate defendant Help Indiana Vets, Inc. is to obtain counsel and file a pleading responsive to the complaint (failure to do so will subject HIVI to default), and (2) both defendants, HIVI and Graham individually, are to file a response to plaintiff Wounded Warrior Project, Inc.s motion for preliminary injunction. (DE 11.) WWP must file a reply in support of its motion for preliminary injunction, if any, by April 25, 2014. Additionally, a motion to dismiss was fully briefed in the Southern District. (DE 26, 29, 31.) The judge there addressed only the issue of venue and transferred the case. The issues of
