Booking Procedure for Activities booked through Jack Hunt School Community Education Team (blue shaded sessions only) Payment should accompany Application Form. Cheques made payable to Jack Hunt School. Payment with your enrolment form to Jack Hunt School. Payments can be made during the week day at the Jack Hunt School Community Learning Reception between 9.30am and 4pm. Places should be booked 48 hours before a session. Sorry we do not take telephone bookings. Enquires can be taken. You will be notified if you do NOT have a place or an activity is cancelled.
