1 c 2% or low fat milk 2 tbsp Parmesan cheeseDab of hot sauceIn a large mixing bowl add all of the above mentioned ingredients. Mix thoroughly and placeinto a casserole dish. Put into a preheated oven at 350° for about 30 minutes. You will knowwhen it is done because the top will be slightly golden brown and crispy looking.
 Vermicelli with Rice
¼ tsp. of cinnamon4 tbsp. of butter¼ tsp. ground pepper½ c vermicelli (thin and broken into smaller piece)¾ tsp. salt1 c rice21/4 c water (boiling)In a warmed skillet brown the vermicelli with the butter over low to medium heat. Once thevermicelli begins to change to a light golden brown color you can add the rice into the panas well. Add in the remaining ingredients, but not the cinnamon. Allow this to boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover. The mixture should simmer for about12 minutes. Stir and recover the mix for about half an hour. This will steam the rice andfinish the cooking process. When preparing the plate, lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.
