would be nothing more than dust in the wind ... Menendez, embedded inhis ego, ordered Jean de Ribault to be killed together with all Frenchover 15 years old and so perished the innocents. Their dust is stillsomewhere in what is nowadays called Carolina ...One of these pioneers, to which I dedicate my work, was Joël Scherk, anearly French physicist with other pioneers of the Superstrings theory. Hedied too early from diabetes, at around 30 years old. How tragic, how
. But human life is tragic and is unfair because we are still ruledby primitive animal instincts and, still, doomed to die. Death is a form of genetic disease which, I believe, will be harnessed in the future.Unfortunately, this does not apply to us: all of us reading this will dieanyhow and return to dust ... which was born a long time ago in thestars! This is the deep absurdity of human life, as Camus pointed out. Lifeis absurd but we have to struggle, like Sisyphus. We do not know theorigins of Reality, the Objective Reality (not to be confused with what wecall "universe") but, in a far future, our descendants, I think, might wellunderstand all these things which are, for us, a highly primitive species, still "mysteries". Reality seems to be much more complex than what weknow today. Examining the ideas behind, for instance, the known 4forces or things like Non-Locality (
) gives rise to novelideas about the structure of exogenous reality. Unravelling the workingsof the CNS is the
in the conquest of the future. Exploring ourendogenous reality is a
for all researchers who want tostudy consciousness. Those who who do not care or refute thisexploration are
serious and they are just playing with conceptsunrelated to observations... Moreover, consciousness is to be unravelledthrough the neurosciences not through grotesque ideas coming fromsomething totallyunrelated as quantum mechanics. . .I here hark to the games of Penrose, who wrote a Manifesto of theGrotesque! No credence can be given to any person who has not, first of all, explored his own consciousness in the way described here. Penroseand other physicists are talking about things they do not have theslightest knowledge of. Certainly they are good at physics, but they arenot qualified to study consciousness, being totally ignorant with respectto their endogenous reality. How can you dare to talk aboutconsciousness when you have never even explored your own? Theimmersion in conscious dreams and in experiments with psychotropicmolecules is a prerequisite for any serious discussion aboutconsciousness. The late Dr. Joseph Moreau de Tours knew all about it! Sowhat about Penrose and others? To the dustbin! as could have said myfavourite writer Cyrano de Bergerac, in 1648!!! A lot of noise fornothing ... and anyhow all of us, like Jean de Ribaut and Menendez, willsoon be only dust, as my friend Cyrano de Bergerac has been since 1652!
How to achieve conscious dreams
