WINE GRAPES BACK ON TOP IN SLO COUNTY

SLO County crops posted a record $960.7 million value in 2013, well up from 2012s 861.8 million value. Strawberries and wine grapes again led the way, each posting record years. Wine grapes regained the top spot, increasing output by more than $20 million. Strawberries were up about $5 milion.
