Breakfast is a great way to give the body therefuelling it needs. Two great ways to help maintaina healthy weight is kids who eat breakfast tend toeat healthier overall and are more likely to participate in physical activities. Kids who skipbreakfast are tired in the morning, restless, and feel irritable and fidget a lot. Choosing breakfast foods that are rich in whole grains, fibre, and  protein while low in added sugar may boost kids'attention span, concentration, and memory inwhich they need to learn in school.
