The CTL Conference will take place at the Educational Service Center of the Macomb ISD, 44001 Garﬁeld Rd. in Clinton Township(Macomb County). Take M-59 from the nearest Interstate Freeway (I-94 to the east, or I-75 to the west) to Garﬁeld Road, and turnsouth. The Educational Service Center is located just past the Macomb Community College. Collaborative Tools for Learning Conference

,sponsored by the Michigan Association of Computer Users in Learning (MACUL)and hosted by the Macomb ISD, will show educators how to use the growingcollection of web sites and technologies to support student learning andachievement. Nearly a decade ago, the second generation of Internet sitesbrought new functions and features that allowed true collaboration to occur online. Now, new technologies are transforming these tools, bringing about newsites that interact with each other and the user to create a new collaborativenetwork that has the potential to transform how we teacher, learn, work, and live.The Collaborative Tools for Learning conference provides educators at all levelswith an opportunity to learn about these new tools, and how they can support teaching and learning. Hear from experts and colleagues throughout the statewho are using these tools in innovative ways to encourage new ways of learning.
