[Camera cuts to an exterior view of a busy and crowded, resteraunt. It is verynice, it has the appearance of one of those places you need a reservation to getinto. In the front window, we see a couple in the window, having a conversation, and finishing dinner. It is Freddy and Linda. Freddy is dressed in a tuxedo, andhis hair is neat and combed over. Linda is wearing a dress, and alot of makeup. They have already eaten dinner, and their plates are still in front of them, withthe remnants of their meal. There are two glasses of wine on the table. There islight jazz music playing in the background. Camera cuts inside the resteraunt andpans toward them. They are in the middle of a conversation, which we now enter.] FREDDY: ..So turns out, the child had actually made it across the street and allthe way down the block without any of the chaperones noticing him. [Chuckleslightly] LINDA: [laughs] It must be great to be able to work around all those kids. Iswear, some of those people at the office would drive me insane if we didn't havethe weekends off. FREDDY: [laughs lightly] Yeah, well y'know, I think we're all just kids at heart. Those kids, they just sort of bring out the inner child in me. I planned to havesome of my own, but my wife passed away three years ago. LINDA: Oh.. I'm so sorry Fred.. FREDDY: It's alright. I did my mourning and I think its time to move on. Shes in abetter place now. LINDA: Wow, I don't know how you're able to stay so positive. I was devastatedafter my mother died.. FREDDY: Yeah.. I mean there's so much crazy stuff going on in the world thesedays.. The way I see it, I think we're all better people if we keep our heads upand stay positive. I mean, no matter how bad everything gets, the future can onlyget brighter, y'know? [Linda puts her hand over Freddy's and smiles warmly, they lock eyes for amoment.] FREDDY: Well, its getting pretty late, what do ya say I go ahead and take youhome? LINDA: That'd be great. He lays them on the velvettablecloth, and the two stand and walk out of the resteraunt.] [Camera cuts to an exterior view of a nice looking, two story house. There is asedan pulled in front of it, with its headlights on. Freddy opens the door, andsteps out of the driver's seat, then quickly runs around to the other side andopens the door for Linda, and grabs her hand while she gets out. They walk throughthe neatly trimmed front yard to the front door of Linda's house. Linda's arm islocked around Freddy's at the elbow. It's pretty quiet outside, and you can hearcrickets chirping, giving the impression that its probably around 10-11pm. Theyget to the front door, and turn to look at each other.] LINDA: I had a great time tonight Fred.

FREDDY: I did too. We should definately do this again soon. LINDA: [smiles] we should.[They're silent for a moment. Linda leans in and kisses Freddy's cheek. Heblushes, then smiles warmly at her.
